  By far key bank has nothing but disappointed me as customer from Denver to Manhattan to buffalo bin to many branches and it's bin nothing but misery went to this location to get help with my account the staff can care less about helping you or caring they just shew you away like you don't matter and always give me attitude the manger in her office was very rude to me and my mother wen we had problem and immediately started giving us a attitude and pretty much sed to bad nothing we can do for you and deal with it becuzz of this forced to cancel my account very soon and find another bank look elsewhere to find a nice bank believe me!! And don't Evan get me started about other experiences I've had at other key banks

  I am never the type to complain on Social Media, however the experience I had with the agency is beyond poor. In order to hook me on to sign up with them, the agent told me that an underwriter had approved the claims that were on the account. A month in, all of the sudden, the same underwriter could not approve it due to agency policies (that should have been the same at the time of the first approval?). In the nutshell, the agent later on failed to informed me about premiums there were outstanding, because "he could not remember" when the cancellation was sent. Following up saying "we are legally not bind to any other charges send by the insurance company". After speaking with the supervisor at the agency in hopes of rectifying the issue, since the agent was no longer answering my calls/texts, I came to learn the agent gave false information for the outstanding premiums. I am beyond frustrated, and now left with a notice from the collection agency about charges I was not made aware of. I don't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy. Steer away.

  I started out with a public defender. He spent about two minutes with the DA before he came back and tried to give me some a really bad deal. I called several large firms, and it felt like they were asking me to sign my life away just to get them to go to court. One firm quoted me $3,000.00 I was in a state of panic. Finally, I met with Mr. McLaughlin and he was very honest and upfront about my situation. He spent more time with me in one meeting than I could have ever expected. He was very reasonable and worked with me on fees. What's more is that he kept going back to court and fighting on my behalf. Mr. McLaughlin was able to work it so my first appearance was in DMV court, were I was able to receive a restricted license. So in the end, I never lost my full driving privileges, I was able to continue to drive myself to work, I received a better deal with the DA, and at a price that much easier on my bank account. Thanks again Mr. McLaughlin.
